US President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met for a working lunch in Singapore today (12 June 2018).

The historic meeting was set to discuss the de-nuclearization of North Korea.

Leaders discussed the heavy topic over a menu comprised of prawn cocktail served with avocado salad, Beef Short Rib and soy-braised cod fish.

Mark Knoller, a CBS White House Correspondent, has released the full menu in all its glory.

Starters

Traditional prawn cocktail served with avocado salad

Green mango kerabu with honey lime dressing and fresh octopus

Oiseon – Korean stuffed cucumber

Main course

Beef short rib confit served with dauphinois and steamed broccolini and red wine sauce on the side

Combination of sweet and sour crispy pork and Yangzhou friend rice with home made XO chilli sauce

Daegy Jorim – Soy braised cod fish with radish and Asian vegetables

Dessert

Dark chocolate tartlet ganache

Haazendazs vanilla icecream with cherry coulis

Tropezienne
