Bondi’s original first distillery launches inaugural gin festival

Hosted by Bondi Liquor Co., the event will see some of Bondi's best bars and venues come together for the gin-fuelled action.

Celebrating all things gin, the Bondi Festival of Gin will launch its inaugural event next month, kicking off with a festive launch party on 14 April complete with boozy Easter eggs, canapés, cocktails, and entertainment aplenty.

Hosted by Bondi Liquor Co., event will see some of Bondi’s best bars and venues come together for the action, including Corner House, Beach Road Hotel, Hotel Ravesis, Hardware, Curly Lewis Brewing, and more, offering a line-up of different cocktails and gin and tonics.

A series of events and activations will take place during the 10-day festival such as gin garden pop-ups, a gin and food matching dinner, and the special launch of event of Bondi Liquor Co.’s new Morning Bondi Saltwater Gin. The last major event will be the Bondi Bartender Cocktail Challenge on 24 April, which will see the beachside suburb’s best bartenders design and create a gin-inspired cocktail.

With a love for Bondi Beach and the liquor industry, Bondi Liquor Co. founders Ben, Adrian and Will brought together their years of experience from across hospitality, distribution, and alcohol production to form Bondi’s first distillery in 2021, just three days before Sydney’s second lockdown. All of its artisan gins are made on site in the heart of Bondi Beach.
