Merivale’s inaugural food and wine festival, March Into Merivale, will launch at Establishment tonight (Mar 3) with a party to make any foodie drool.

March Into Merivale is a month-long smorgasbord of 30 food events across Merivale’s nine restaurants, including a wine, tapas and film night at Ash Street Cellar, sushi making classes at Sushi Choo, a BYO night at Mad Cow and a Bass Phillip v Burgundy Dinner at est.

For the launch event, Establishment will house food stalls from each of Merivale’s nine restaurants, manned by their respective head chef including Peter Doyle from est., Dan Hong from Lotus and Massimo Bianchi from Uccello. All chefs will be cooking up their own individual style of cuisine and will be on hand to answer any questions about their food.

The launch is open to the public and guests will receive a complimentary drink on arrival before sampling taste sensations from each restaurant. Establishment is located at 252 George Street.
