Melbourne Royal’s dedication to delivering outstanding events was acknowledged on a national stage on Thursday 8th June, after taking out the Corporate Event of the Year at the National Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) Awards ceremony held at The Star on the Gold Coast.

The 2022 Australian International Beer Awards, organised, cultivated and delivered by Melbourne Royal and held in the iconic Victoria Pavilion at the Melbourne Showgrounds, was proudly recognised as the National Winner of the Corporate Event of the Year. The event, which won the Victorian Corporate Event of the Year Award at the Victorian MEA Awards in May, was up against strong opposition nationally and was a fitting result for the Melbourne Royal team in attendance.

Prior to the National Awards, Melbourne Royal’s very own Senior Event Manager Olivia Belvedere also took out In-House Event Manager of the Year at the Victorian Meeting & Events Australia Awards. Olivia’s passion for event management and her tireless efforts in ensuring the success of Melbourne Royal’s events were recognised by the industry, with her additional involvement and management of the 2022 Australian International Beer Awards.
