James Gordon Workshop (JGW) recently designed and managed an exclusive dinner hosted by Bombay Sapphire at the Dedece showroom in Sydney’s Darlinghurst.

JGW transformed the showroom into an intimate dining experience with every detail a reflection of the Bombay Sapphire brand.

Attended by key design media and hospitality clientele, the evening was designed for guests to experience the versatility of Bombay Sapphire. Pica Pica catering designed a degustation menu incorporating the brand’s 10 unique botanicals with global brand ambassador, Merlin Griffiths, creating bespoke cocktails to compliment each dish.
