Crown Perth appoints Emmanuel Benardos in GM role

Crown Perth has appointed experienced hospitality veteran Emmanuel Benardos as its executive general manager, food and beverage, at Crown Resorts Perth.

Benardos brings decades of experience in hospitality across Asia-Pacific, including the past decade in Singapore.

“It’s a delight to be back home in Australia and move to an exciting city I love and have a deep and long-standing connection with,” he says.

“Crown Perth is a world-class place of hospitality, and [because I’ll be] working with David Tsai and the incredible team, it was an opportunity too good to pass up.”

Benardos started his career in Australia working front-of-house at hotels such as the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. He then moved into managerial positions, including as general manager of Grand National Hotel in Sydney.

He relocated to Singapore in 2012 to be general manager at LeVeL33, before moving to the position of group general manager at Unlisted Collection, which has seven boutique hotels and 23 restaurants in its portfolio, including Burnt Ends (1 Michelin Star) and Restaurant Andre (2 Michelin Stars).

Benardos’s most recent position was as general manager, food and beverage, at Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford.
