Adelaide gets a new $3 million pub venue.
The Beach Hotel, located in Adelaide’s south and formerly known as the Seaford Hotel, has recently undergone a major renovation and rebrand.
The multi-level venue features a bistro, main bar, gaming area, function area, cocktail lounge and beer garden.
Beach Hotel venue manager Shane Gross said, “The reaction has been incredible with both existing and new patrons loving the new-look hotel and its diverse offerings.”
Head chef Dan Serafin has created a rustic menu that follows the ‘Eat Local’ movement.
Serafin said, “We wanted to create a menu that showcases the amazing produce our great state has to offer. From crusty bread from Home Grain Bakery in Aldinga and succulent meat from Grasslands Premium Beef in regional SA, to 65% of our wine list being selected from the McLaren Vale region, our menu is a true reflection of South Australia.”
The Beach Hotel is owned and managed by the Independent Pub Group (IPG) and is located on the corner of Commercial Rd and Griffiths Dr, Seaford SA.
