A sneak peek inside Hotel Chadstone Melbourne

Think wine glass chandeliers, soft blush and teal accents and lush furnishings.

Ahead of its official opening on 1 November, Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel, has revealed new details about the five-star hotel.

The $130 million hotel will offer 250 rooms and suites, two penthouses, rooftop bar and dining and a yoga studio, all just steps away from the famed Chadstone shopping and entertainment precinct located 17km from Melbourne’s CBD.

Brand new imagery of the property reveals its luxury interiors, designed in collaboration with global architecture studios DWP, EDG and Australia’s Bates Smart.

A custom wine glass chandelier will feature in the rooftop bar

General manager Neil Scanlan said the property will set a new benchmark for luxury accommodation outside Melbourne’s CBD.

“The exquisite interior fit out of Hotel Chadstone has been completed and we are very excited to be nearing opening day,” he said.

Guest rooms will feature a splash of blush or teal, European-inspired furniture, leather detailing and custom lighting.

On the rooftop, guests will enjoy the pool area complete with loungers and private cabanas, perfect for taking in views of Melbourne’s skyline.

Chef and restaurateur Scott Pickett will open a brand new Italian all-day dining venue, Pastore, with a focus on woodfire cooking and handmade pasta.

“Hotel Chadstone will offer visitors and guests luxurious and exceptional experiences from the finest cuisine, to our world-class spa and wellness retreat, to elegantly designed rooms, spacious suites or penthouses which offer the ultimate rooftop escape,” said Chadstone director Fiona Mackenzie.
