Australian Technology Park (ATP) welcomes a new venue.

Designed by the team from Guru Projects and styled by India Harris, the 160 seat café and bar is an urban hub located in the heart of ATP.

The interior fit-out features custom made mosaic tile flooring from Italy, brass paneling and raw timber throughout.

The café also has a one-of-a-kind, La Marzocco Coffee Machine with handmade steamer arms, metal badges, Cronos touch pads and personalised logo, which was won at auction to raise funds for Fareshare and Café Smart, organised by Tom Beaumont from La Marzocco, Australia.

Owner Jason Ghebar said, “Charlotte’s Little Sister, ATP will be the first bit of community this area has seen, dedicated to superior service, great food, and exceptional coffee. The support and response we have received since conception is overwhelming, and we hope to create a social hub for those working and hanging out in the area. We understand that a break is necessary during a busy working day, and there is no better way to catch up with friends or colleagues than over good food and coffee.”

The menu has been designed to showcase the hero rotisserie meats, cooked slow and served fast with a signature range of sauces, accompanied by freshly made salads and organic bread, and was created by collaborative team Rob Clarson (ex-Sugar and Spoon and with ties to Gordon Ramsay) and Jimmy Mathers (ex-Pavel and Co and Pony Dining).

With big plans for the future, including a full catering service, event space and the introduction of the bar menu which will feature a range of cocktails and a variety of boutique beers and wines by the glass, Charlotte’s Little Sister, ATP will be one to watch.

Charlotte’s Little Sister is located at Suite 2, 1 Central Avenue, Eveleigh, Australian Technology Park (Biomedical Building).
