As an industry leader in sustainability, event organizers at Novotel Canberra can measure the carbon footprint their event will have and offset this using Accor’s Carbon Calculator. As part of its Planet 21 commitment, the hotel also removed single use plastics throughout the hotel including guest rooms, events and food and beverage outlets. Event menus can also be curated in collaboration with hotel award winning Executive Chef Jewel Islam to lower carbon emission from hosting events.
