AIME 2024: Sebastian Terry on unlocking passion

The founder of the 100 Things movement will deliver a keynote presentation next year.

The theme for AIME’s 2024 Knowledge Program launching on February 19 next year at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre is The 4Ps of GLOCALISATION and will explore the relationship between global insights and local nuances.

Exploring the intricate dynamics of glocalisation’s transformative impact will be two magnetic keynote speakers, including award-winning marketing executive Lisa Ronson (supported by Saxton Speakers Bureau), and bestselling author, TV host and founder of the 100 Things movement, Sebastian Terry.

Terry’s one-of-a-kind story has become a powerful catalyst for personal growth and organisational metamorphosis. We were lucky enough to hear a snippet of what is planned for his keynote presentation covering passion, goal-setting, peak performance and deep connection. Here’s what he had to say:

“Being able to uncover what we are passionate about in all aspects of our life – whether it’s travel, whether it’s our professional careers, or whether it’s creating with loved ones or friends – leads you to find more meaning in things at large in life,” he said.

“Similarly, adding meaningful goals, no matter how big or small, helps us to understand who we are and to live as authentically as we can. You become 42 per cent more likely to achieve a goal by writing it down.

“You become 65 per cent more likely to achieve a goal by sharing it with someone.”

Thanks to the support of the Speaker Bureau, ICMI, Terry says he is looking forward to sharing his full story at AIME and imparting his eight-step framework that will allow Knowledge Program attendees to create and activate their most meaningful goals.

AIME 2024 will run February 19-21, 2024 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
