Victoria-based Veriu Group has unveiled its first Veriu-branded hotel in Victoria, with the opening of Veriu Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne.
The boutique apartment-style hotel features fully self-contained one-bedroom and studio apartments, as well as Deluxe and Quad Apartment Suites that can accommodate up to four guests. All apartments include kitchen facilities and work desks.
Guest facilities include gym, heated swimming pool, self-service laundry, cocktail bar, 24-hour reception and three contemporary conference and meeting facilities with large indoor and outdoor breakout spaces.
The hotel is situated in Melbourne’s CBD within the popular Queen Victoria Market precinct, which is currently undergoing a $268 million renewal project led by the City of Melbourne. It marks the first stage of the Veriu brand rolling out nationally, with Veriu Collingwood scheduled to open in early 2023.
