Expected to open in mid-2012, SKYCITY Darwin’s new luxury rooms and villas

For business travellers looking for a luxury tropical escape, SKYCITY offers an unrivalled range of luxury accommodation, meeting and event facilities, restaurants, bars and personal pampering.

In 2010, the property completed the first stage of its resort expansion, creating gala lawns on the Little Mindil site as a spectacular new venue for major dry season events like the Qantas Darwin Turf Club Gala Ball and Jazz at Sunset.

The development incorporated a massive facelift of the cliff and beachfront to create pleasant walks to nearby Myilly Point. Interpretive story boards tell the history of the land from the perspective of the Larrakia people as well as early European settlers.
