The Urban Purveyor Group opens another venue in Sydney’s CBD.
The Swine and Co bar
Swine and Co is the latest offering from The Urban Purveyor Group, the team behind Saké Restaurant and Bar, Ananas Bar and Brasserie and The Cut Bar and Grill.
The entryway on O’Connell St
Housed in the former Bank of New South Wales, this three level art deco gem includes an open plan bar and deli on street level, a Champagne bar on the mezzanine and an underground dining room.

Featuring the theatre of ‘swine’ on the open spit in the downstairs dining room, head chef Bobby Taylor said, “Patrons will see that dishes on the menu feature a combination of different cooking techniques and classic flavour combinations with the suckling pig as the star of the show”.

Swine and Co is available for exclusive hire for up to 300 guests cocktail, with the mezzanine level catering for up to100 guests cocktail and the dining room seating up to 100 guests banquet-style.
