Hotel unveils multi-million dollar transformation

Before and after photos show classy renovations of the new rooms with event spaces to come.

The refurbishment of Pan Pacific Perth is aimed at elevating the hotel to a new standard of luxury with suites, convention level ballrooms and meeting spaces all being transformed.

Situated in the middle of the city, the project marks a significant milestone in the hotel’s history, according to General Manager Paul Flett.

“The extensive refurbishment will see our hotel redefine the very essence of graceful luxury, with the guest experience at the forefront of this project,” he said.

“This includes a new welcoming lobby, state of the art upgrades to the convention facilities, as well as offering the bespoke brand experiences and sincere service to ensure a truly memorable stay.”

The project, due for completion in mid-2024, will include complete refurbishment of 392 guest rooms and suites, revitalisation of 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites, a redesign of the convention level ballrooms and meeting rooms, the entire lobby and porte cochère, and the Pacific Club lounge.

The eight versatile spaces on the convention level will be completely renovated including the two large capacity ballrooms and pre-function area.

New look Grand River and Golden Ballrooms will be fitted with fresh lighting covering the ceilings and come complete with upgraded technology supported by Encore for all audio-visual requirements.
