It has a 6 star energy rating and has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, two family rooms with large TVs and Blu-Ray sound systems.

The house is part of Tangalooma Resort and guests may use all resort facilities (except dolphin feeding) including swimming pools. Explore the resort, take a swim or dine in the restaurant. The wildlife includes numerous bird species, dolphins, fish, turtles and dugongs.

Grand View sleeps ten (maximum eight adults) and is available for private functions.
