Flex unveils new Melbourne location

Flex by ISPT at 500 Bourke is a brand-new, unique meeting and event venue with style, functionality, and an unbeatable address.

From the moment your guests walk into Flex by ISPT at 500 Bourke Street, they’ll feel the social, connected buzz of a building reimagined for tomorrow’s workforce.

This latest addition to Flex’s widespread network of venues includes versatile, light-filled meeting rooms, and a large conferencing and event space for 200+ guests. Well-suited to everything from town hall meetings to lively networking events and engaging lunch-and-learns, expect beautiful design, in-built flexibility, a convenient location and unparalleled customer service.

The needs of events and conference organisers have been considered in every detail, starting with a dedicated event and conferencing venue that can accommodate 200+ guests. A separate events entrance, catering kitchen, and dedicated event foyer and lounge support a seamless flow from arrival to post-event networking.

Excellent food, beverage, and retail pepper the streets of this part of Melbourne, like the iconic MoVida and Rosa’s Canteen. With more dining concepts coming soon, you’ll never be at a loss for a post-conference dinner or the perfect coffee delivery. 500 Bourke is directly connected to tram, train, and active transportation networks as well as parks, hotels and leisure.

500 Bourke is an impressively sustainable venue. The building has been carbon neutral from day one of operation, and fully electric, using 100% renewable energy for base building electricity. In redeveloping this icon, ISPT chose to transform and reposition the location, rather than demolishing, honouring the building’s 40+ year legacy and saving approximately 57,000 tonnes of embodied carbon – equivalent to the carbon emitted by almost 9,000 cars per year.
