This new architectural icon is a prime example of sustainable, 21st Century Six Star Green Star design. Officially opened in late 2022 – and designed by award-winning French architect Manuelle Gautrand.

Conveniently located in the Parramatta CBD, a one minute stroll from Parramatta’s bustling train station, PHIVE features more than 20 unique, beautifully appointed, hireable spaces with capacity for 1 – 200 guests.

The spaces are as unique as the events they can host, from corporate meetings with kitchenettes and break-out spaces, to workshops with wet areas or indoor/outdoor functions.

Each room is equipped with AV, video conferencing technology, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning and ecologically friendly LED lighting. The services of full-time tech officers are on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

PHIVE has a flexible open catering policy which allows event organisers the opportunity to curate the perfect cuisine for their event, as well as accommodate guests with specific dietary requirements.
