Urban Events Venues and Catering has today launched an off-premises catering service.
The new catering service will tap into the unique multi-cuisine and Michelin-starred credentials of Martin Heierling and corporate executive chef Damien Brassel.
Urban Purveyor Group director of sales Julie van der Weegen said, “We have extended our world-class culinary offering beyond our established, award-winning and hatted restaurants.
“Our talented culinary team will bring innovative catering solutions to a client’s own premises or venue of choice, whether it be intimate dining experiences for office and boardroom functions, extravagant gala balls or conferences for entire organisations, weddings, or other social occasions,” she said.
Group culinary director Martin Heierling said the expansive catering menu comprised over 300 dishes, spanning cocktail party bites and dessert tapas, shared style dinner options and plated menus.
“I have one message to potential clients: the options are endless. We can set up live cooking stations offering carved to order steaks, coal-roasted Cuban suckling pig, American comfort food classics, as well as a sushi bar, dim sum station, raw bar, liquid nitrogen dipped ice cream cone station, doughnut station and Ananas dessert bar. Just tell us what you want, and we’ll make the magic happen,” said Heierling.
