ExpoNet has launched a new live help online service to save exhibitors time and stress when preparing for their next exhibition or trade event.

Operating weekdays during business hours, the free service allows exhibitors and event organisers to chat online with the company’s experienced staff and ask any questions about their exhibition and event needs.

“The service is designed as a timesaver for busy clients, as it allows them to continue working whilst chatting with our staff online,” said Jim Delahunty, CEO, ExpoNet.

“They may have questions about building code regulations at an exhibition venue or want advice on incorporating extras such as fridges or plasma screens into their exhibition stand. Whatever the question, our team will be on hand to provide an answer and helpful advice to take the stress out of preparing for an exhibition.”

Exhibitors accessing the help service outside of business hours are invited to leave a question for staff to answer upon their return.

The live help online service can be accessed via the ExpoNet website.
