Women in Tourism announces first workshop

Learn how to ask for what you want (and get it) at this intensive workshop.

Women in Tourism will host its first ever workshop in conjunction with its mid-year lunch event in Sydney next month.

Kait Rich, also known as The Rich Coach, will run a three-hour workshop on ‘Asking for what you want and getting it’.

The workshop is designed to help participants align themselves with their core goals in life and business.

It will also cover:

  • Wiping away limiting beliefs that hold you back from asking for what you want and need
  • Enrolling others in helping you get those needs met
  • Resetting others’ boundaries and expectations for who you are and what you deserve
  • Creating the energy that has people say yes to you and your vision

The workshop will be followed by the mid-year Women in Tourism Leadership Lunch, including a panel discussion where Rich will be joined by commercial deals negotiator Sam Trattles from Other Side of the Table, and Ariane Virtue, partner at FlexCareers.

Together they will discuss negotiation fundamentals, balance, income requirements and professional development ambitions.
