The Winter 2024 issue of Spice magazine is out now, covering the latest news, innovations and happenings in the Australasian MICE industry.

As part of our food-and-beverage-themed issue, the cover story features The Venues Collection’s Watersedge at Campbell’s Stores, one of Sydney’s premier venues which elevates event experiences by offering culinary excellence that reflects diverse tastes and trends.

We also take a deep dive into the new frontier for large-venue catering, with sustainability, innovation, curated menus and a local focus shaping the way food and beverage is delivered.
