Vibe Hotel Sydney welcomed nearly 100 food, wine and travel media along with industry partners to celebrate the launch of Vibe Entertains, their latest cocktails and canapes book.

The hotel’s Curve Bar was the scene of a flare-show by Twisted Liquid that entertained guests as they were served Vibetinis and many of the canapés contained within the cookbook. Vibe Entertains chef, Sonia Van de Stadt, also attended, wowing guests with cooking presentations.
The cookbook is available from Vibe Hotels across the country for $24.95 and will also be included in the Vibe Entertains accommodation packages. It is aimed at showcasing the hotel group as a lifestyle brand and promote Vibe’s young and relaxed philosophy.
Each chapter in the book reflects the flavours, colours and variety of each Vibe location: Sparkling Celebrations at Vibe Hotel Gold Coast; Live It Up at Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne; Crowd Pleasers at Vibe Hotel Carlton; Alfresco Afternoons at Vibe Hotel Rushcutters Bay; Drop in for Drinks at Vibe Hotel Sydney; Grand Gestures at Vibe Hotel North Sydney; and Tropical Delights at Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront.
The final chapter, Happy Hour, boasts a selection of delicious cocktails served at Vibe Hotels including Little Collins Lychee Mule, Sex on the Park, Vibetini and Curvito.
