All Occasions Management wanted create two different experiences at the same venue for the Broker group Steadfast. By coming up with creative catering and entertainment concepts, guests were able to experience two different experiences in the same venue.
Sydney’s ATP was transformed into two different looks for a multi-day dining event held at the same venue.
Laissez-faire Catering was responsible for creating not just the event’s food and beverage menu but table design including centrepieces and linen as well as staff.
The first night saw the three course dinner delivered as a family style meal encouraging conversation over sharing food. Laissez-faire used rectangular tables and dressed using white and natural colours.
The second night was a complete change with oval tables and black linen and an exclusive 3 course alternate-serve gala dinner.
The dinner was held over multiple nights for approximately 1,400 guests each night.
Each night the wines matched the food served and on the first night staff wore all black where on the second night black and whites. Additionally two very different entry points were created each night to match the style of the evening ahead.
The event was not without its challenges as organisers had to ensuring all catering set ups were met with tight turnaround as well as the additional challenge of changing the room set up between dinners.
