With more than 23 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality operations, service and team development, Cottome joins La Vie Hotels and Resorts following her most recent role as group director of brand experience and sustainability at Ovolo Hotels, where she led brand strategy, cultural engagement and ESG initiatives across Australia, Hong Kong and Bali.

Cottome has also previously worked as general manager of A by Adina and general manager of Ovolo 1888 Darling Harbour.

In her new role with La Vie Hotels and Resorts, Cottome will lead hotel operations across the Pacific region, working with hotel owners and senior leadership teams to strengthen operational delivery, drive performance and enhance guest experiences.
