The company has undergone a management buyout for its APAC business from two long-term employees, Neil Levin (pictured, above) and Scott Cole.
For more than 20 years, Levin has driven the business as general manager, while technical manager Cole has also enjoyed two decades at the organisation.
Founded in Perth, Western Australia, in 1992, Hire Intelligence grew from a small computer rental provider into a leading hire company for IT and audiovisual equipment.
Having expanded across Australia, UK and Ireland, the company delivers reliable, high-quality, short-term technology solutions to government, corporate, business events and education sectors.
Hire Intelligence also recently secured a multi-year tender with NSW Department of Education.
Levin brings a strategic approach to capturing market share in highly competitive sectors and has extensive experience in technology procurement and deployment.
He also brings strong operational experience and proven ability to deliver results across Australia and New Zealand.
“With fresh ownership and an energised team, Hire Intelligence APAC is ready to offer even greater flexibility and agility to our clients and partners,” says Levin.
“Our commitment to customer service is stronger than ever, and the industry should expect to see us pursuing new markets, investing in innovation and expanding our service offerings.”
Cole’s hands-on approach and technical expertise underpins Hire Intelligence APAC’s solutions and customer support.
The duo is joined as new owners of the company by Jesse Alderton, a former private equity executive who brings corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management experience.
He most recently served as director at Anchorage Capital Partners, and expansion for Hire Intelligence is on the radar thanks to his background in growth strategy, deal execution and value creation.
“Technology agility has always been our differentiator,” says Cole.
“As client needs evolve rapidly, we’re focused on delivering smarter, more scalable solutions that help organisations deploy and manage technology seamlessly, whether that is for national deployments, high-stakes assessments or emerging digital experiences.”
