The properties affected are as follows:
- Adelaide Meridien Hotel Apartments
- Adelaide Royal Coach
- Apartments on George
- Clare Country Club
- John Pirie Motor Inn
- McCracken Country Club
- Naracoorte Hotel/Motel
The idea for the new name came from the year that the British Parliament passed the South Australia Colonisation Act 1834.
