Hyatt Place hotel opens in Melbourne’s Caribbean Park

Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park has set a new standard for accommodation and functions in the city’s south-eastern suburbs.

Melbourne’s second Hyatt Place hotel, Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park, has now opened, setting a new standard for accommodation, functions and hospitality in the city’s south-eastern suburbs.

Situated within the Caribbean Park business precinct, the new hotel features the Hyatt Place brand’s signature intuitive design and combines a casual atmosphere with practical 24-hour conveniences.

Featuring 171 spacious guest rooms, including one- and two-bedroom suites, the hotel has been designed with the multi-tasking traveller and professional in mind, with smartly designed social spaces and guest rooms with separate work, play and rest areas.

On-site event spaces offer 201 square metres of flexible, high-tech meetings and events space which can seat up to 150 guests.

Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar offers a regionally inspired menu of contemporary farm-to-table a-la-carte options that highlight the best local and seasonal produce, with 24-hour food and beverage options also available.

Located 27 kilometres from Melbourne CBD, the fast-growing Caribbean Park business precinct took 30 years to develop from former farm land, and today comprises of 300,000 square metres of industrial property, more than 50 office buildings, and 275 acres of natural parkland.

From here, guests can readily explore the Dandenong Ranges and neighbouring Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island – all of which are renowned for offering some of Australia’s best food and wine, golf courses, adventures and leisure activities.
