Fine dining added to cruise line coming to Australia

The Seabourn fleet will receive restaurant upgrades ahead of cruise seasons in the coming years.

Seabourn’s new fine dining restaurant Solis has debuted on its Ovation vessel ahead of further fleet upgrades this year.

Solis celebrates Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the places visited by the line’s ultra-luxury ships and features fine dining soon to be implemented across Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Sojourn in 2024.

Solis also features outdoor patio dining exclusively available on the Ovation and Encore ships.

Executive Chef Tony Egger crafted the menu based on a “fresh and healthy” approach.

“With Solis, we’re combining all that we have learned and more into something [guests] are sure to enjoy,” he said.

“Dishes, desserts, drinks and the restaurant design will all be integral to the experience.”

The company said Solis will showcase a chic atmosphere with feel-good background music and a menu reminiscent of favourite travel memories for passengers.

The cruise line will visit Australian shores as part of its 2025 itinerary.
