Brisbane to welcome new Hilton Garden Inn in 2024

Construction on the newly built 129-room property in Brisbane’s CBD is scheduled to start this year.

Hilton has signed on to manage a newly built 129-room property in Brisbane’s CBD under its Garden Inn brand, expected to open in early 2024.

Construction on Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North is scheduled to start this year and it will be the fifth Hilton Garden Inn hotel in the pipeline for Australasia.

“We are actively seeking to introduce more of our award-winning brands to Queensland and are delighted to be partnering with Spring Hill Property Group Pty Ltd to welcome the Hilton Garden Inn brand in Brisbane which will mark our fifth hotel in Queensland and our second in Brisbane; a fantastic addition to Hilton Brisbane on Elizabeth Street,” Hilton senior vice president, development, Asia and Australasia, Guy Phillips said.

“The signing of Hilton Garden Inn Brisbane City Centre North builds on our recent announcement of Hilton Garden Inn Sydney Kingswood in late 2021 and is testament to our commitment to our organic growth strategy, which sees us bring the right brands to the right locations, at the right time.”

Located 13 kilometres from Brisbane Airport, the hotel will be strategically positioned in the north of Brisbane’s CBD, providing convenient access to all parts of the city, including Victoria Park and the RNA Showgrounds, and easy walking distance to many of its attractions, including Fortitude Valley.

Offering an upscale yet affordable accommodation option, the new Hilton Garden Inn hotel will feature a full-service restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a fitness room, and 24-hour retail store for grab-and-go essentials.
