BESydney announces new senior appointments

The highly experienced events industry professionals have joined the organisation's Client Engagement – Association team.

Business Events Sydney (BESydney) has announced two new senior appointments in its Client Engagement – Association team, welcoming Tina Eggers as head of industry and Emma Mogus as senior client engagement manager.

Bringing 25 years of sales experience in the events industry to her new role, Eggers most recently held the position of director of business development and marketing at The Venues Collection, where she was responsible for developing the sales and marketing strategy for Watersedge at Campbell’s Stores.

Mogus brings close to 20 years’ experience in event delivery and prior to joining BESydney, she was director operations at ICMS Australasia, responsible for securing, planning and delivering large association events.

Both women are highly experienced professionals, bringing strong networks of clients and industry peers across the Association sector, which will greatly benefit the Association team as they engage industry, academia and Government to identify global business events aligned to NSW priority sectors and Lighthouse precincts, to promote trade, investment and talent attraction outcomes.
