Indo-Pacific brand experience company Synergy Effect has won “Excellence in Incentive Travel: Asia Pacific” at The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence’s annual awards held last month in Istanbul.
Its Pinnacle Club 2023 incentive program which saw a manufacturing client connect with channel staff and customers in New Zealand won the prize.
Synergy Effect Director, Michael Fleck, said it was thrilling to have incentive programs recognised as industry-leading on an international level.

The Pinnacle Club New Zealand incentive delivered complete immersion in the destination with 130 qualifiers making Queenstown home for several days.
Synergy Effect developed the itinerary with the local community and focused on fostering relationships, brand loyalty, inspiring achievement, and personal development.
The awards honoured nine companies with Crystal Awards during the association’s global conference in February.
