According to SilverNeedle Hospitality’s Senior Vice President – Operations, Jonathan Wooller, demand for the new property was fuelled by guests seeking apartment offerings in the area.

“Chifley’s move into upscale self-contained apartments is in response to growing demand from guests looking for extended stay options,” he said. “The new Chifley Executive Suites Newcastle addresses a shortage of self-contained accommodation in the Newcastle area”.

The new property blends a heritage façade with edgy interior design and modern features and is situated in the recently restored Terminus building.

Located a short walk to Newcastle’s CBD, Harbour Foreshore and dining precincts, the spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments provide a warm and welcoming yet refined ambience offering all the comforts of home.

Studio rooms are complete with a kitchen and laundry providing convenient and economical inner city accommodation for short stay guests. One and two bedroom apartments provide extra room for living and entertainment with a spacious lounge area, desk and dining table.  Guests will enjoy a range of outlooks across the city, ocean or harbour. Apartments with a balcony are available on request.

Smart facilities including LCD televisions with a DVD player and home theatre system, high speed internet access, mini-bar, safe, phone, fully equipped kitchen and an internal laundry including washer and dryer are designed to keep busy corporate guests on the move.
