O Bar and Dining takes tapas to new heights

Sydney's O Bar and Dining has announced a new Tapas Lounge adding another dimension to the 47th floor space.

Located in Sydney’s Australia Square, O Bar and Dining has announced a new Tapas Lounge adding another dimension to the 47th floor.  The Tapas Lounge joins the existing members of the O family, a bar, restaurant and private dining room – up above the skyline.

In new, chilled-out lounging spaces, cosy sofas and armchairs beckon and breathtaking views and conviviality combine. It’s the perfect setting for the world’s most sociable dining style.

Chef Michael Moore has taken inspiration from Spanish tapas, Turkish mezze and Asian style yum cha to create his own take on small plate dining. This brand new selection of dishes for the Tapas Lounge is an adventure through flavours, textures and cooking methods. It’s casual, relaxed and designed for sharing.

The Tapas Lounge menu matches with cocktails created by the bar team, who boast more than a decade’s experience each in hotspots such as London’s Mahiki, Melbourne’s Vue de Monde and Sydney’s Grasshopper, Zeta and Hemmesphere.

A natural extension of O’s centrepiece bar, and a laid-back complement to the restaurant, The Tapas Lounge allows more ways than ever to experience O: sit, stand, lounge, feast, graze.
