The Cut Bar & Grill in Sydney’s historic precinct The Rocks has launched a new private room embodying the same characteristics that have made The Cut popular.

The Cut Private Room nestled within the attics of the Argyle Precinct in The Rocks

The private room, situated above The Cut’s main dining room, accommodates up to 56 seated guests or up to 100 standing, making it a versatile space for cocktail events, presentations or intimate dinners.

The historic room features the same rustic aesthetic as the dining room with original, thick sandstone walls, timber beams and views onto Argyle Street.

Newly opened The Cut Private Room is already popular with the corporates and the fashion industry

The Cut’s private room features the same contemporary, grill- style menu featured in the restaurant, presented by award-winning head chef James Privett.  The menu can be adapted to canapé- style for stand up events or substantial sit down lunches or dinners.

The Cut private room has already been frequented by both the corporates and the fashion industry. Google have held a number of interactive presentations in the versatile space and Greenhill’s have hosted a fun poker event in the room.

Harpers Bazaar hosted Yasmin Le Bon for an exclusive celebrity-studded Little Joe event, transforming the private room for a fabulous fashion lunch. International hairdressers Toni & Guy also launched their new organic range at the private dining room.

With its heritage cellar-like feel, the room is also ideal for wine events and has hosted Best’s Great Western new release dinner as well as a Torbreck dinner with renowned winemaker Dave Powell.
