JRM Hospitality reveals new wine bar and event space

JRM Hospitality is gearing up to launch Saint George, a brand new wine bar and eatery in Sydney.

When it opens next month, the 120-square-metre restaurant will be available for exclusive hire and will also include a separate events space at the rear of the venue.

Saint George is the result of a partnership between JRM Hospitality and +U Work Collective, a division of Veriu Hotels & Suites.

The new venue is the second instalment of the partnership, following the launch of The Drawing Room at Veriu Central earlier this year.

“The Saint George project has been a number of years in the making and we’re delighted to be launching this venture in a matter of weeks,” says James Metcalfe, chef and managing director at JRM Hospitality.

The venue is located on George Street, in the heart of Sydney’s Broadway.

Saint George will have capacity for 45 seated guests and the menu will reflect contemporary flavours with local, seasonal influence.
