Darren Taylor Catering’s kitchen in Potts Point is now opening its door for events.
With over 40 years experience crafting high quality cuisine across Australia, multi-award winning chef, restaurateur and culinary lecturer Darren Taylor has spent the last four years at the helm of Darren Taylor Catering. Since its launch in 2012 Darren Taylor Catering has provided a unique food and beverage experience for a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations and event companies such as Linfox, Sotheby’s, NAB, Opera Australia, Art Gallery of NSW, LVMH, Sydney Dance Company and Sydney Festival.
Under the direction of Darren and ex-Otto, Onde and Café Sopra head chef Nick Crosby, Darren Taylor Catering is able to create menus for any occasion, from a corporate Christmas party for 1200, a gala dinner for 400 or gourmet sandwiches for 10. The menus change seasonally but can be created bespoke to suit any theme.
Darren Taylor Catering’s venue can seat 60 people or take 100 people standing.
