The former Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne in the city’s CBD will be taken over by EVT on 1 January 2026 and rebranded to Rydges Flagstaff Gardens.
The new management agreement sees EVT commit to a total refurbishment of the guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, and public areas.
Located in the northern precinct of Melbourne’s CBD, overlooking Flagstaff Gardens, the hotel is central to the city’s legal precinct and west CBD commercial area.
