Amora Hotel Brisbane to reopen after $30 million revamp

The Amora Group is set to reopen its luxury Brisbane hotel following a $30 million redevelopment during the past 12 months.

Amora Hotel Brisbane is relaunching in December 2023, with 296 lavish rooms across 14 floors in the Queensland capital’s CBD.

The venue’s new facilities include an elevated outdoor pool and deck, a fitness studio and sauna, and 11 conference and event spaces. The top two floors of the hotel feature Amora’s premier rooms and suites.

The sub-tropical design includes green plants, natural materials and textured screens, promoting a harmonious and relaxed space.

“During the past few years, we’ve noticed travellers have an evolved mindset and are seeking unique and meaningful experiences to enhance their stay,” says Earp Siriphatrawan, executive director, Amora Group.

With its elegant redesign, Amora Hotel Brisbane offers 11 conference and event spaces that can cater for up to 250 guests. It has partnered with Microhire to offer the latest event technology as a seamless experience for event coordinators.

“We’re proud of the stunning design for Amora Brisbane that helps create an atmosphere of wellness and relaxation,” says Tom Bloomfield, general manager, Amora Hotel Brisbane.

“We’re redefining the luxury experience where guests can expect a 5-star level of personalised service.”

The $30 million redevelopment is Amora Group’s largest hotel refurbishment in Australia.

Amora Hotel Brisbane reopens in December 2023.
