Wellness sessions return to MEA Evolve

The wellness and personal development sessions are back by popular demand.

The wellness and personal development track will return to Evolve 2020, Meeting and Events Australia’s (MEA) annual conference, following positive feedback from this year’s event.

At Evolve 2019, the wellness and personal development workshops were among the highest attended sessions.

On the back of that success, Evolve 2020’s wellness and personal development track will feature guest speakers and experts including Dr Helena Popovic, Michele Chevalley Hedge and Sarah Skeats.

Wellness workshop

Dr Helena Popovic

Medical doctor and leading authority on improving brain function, Dr Helena Popovic will host a wellness workshop on Sunday, 3 May 2020.

The workshop will focus on how to boost your brain through neuroplasticity, giving delegates the opportunity to learn how to think better, learn better, create better and relate better.

In addition, Popovic will deliver a session in the Evolve wellness and personal development track on The Gut Brain Revolution. In this session, Popovic will reveal the secret life of gut bacteria and how it impacts physical, mental and emotional health.
