Sneak peek: One Whitsundays Resort and Spa penthouse

The $70 million One Whitsundays luxury 5 star resort and spa is on track to open in late 2016.

With 75 apartments of 1-3 bedrooms, a three tiered lagoon pool, a state of the art health and beauty spa and the global Café Del Mar restaurant, the resort will be an upmarket addition to the accommodation inventory of Airlie Beach.


Chief Executive Tourism and Events Queensland Leanne Coddington said, “One Whitsundays Spa and Resort will add to the growing tourism experiences on offer in one of Queensland’s most spectacular destinations. Tourism and Events Queensland welcomes new developments that attract visitors to the state.”


Whitsundays Marketing and Development Limited Executive Director Jeff Aquilina said,“In the past eighteen months, we have seen well over $100 million directly invested in infrastructure here in the Whitsundays including the major upgrade of Airlie Beach Main street precinct and we are excited to see that investor confidence remains strong.”
