Pink Kisses Valentine’s Dinner
The Langham, Sydney prepares for an evening of pure indulgence on the 14th February 2018 as Executive Chef Dave Whitting presents a decadent four-course dinner in Bistro Remy.
Choices on the menu include poached honey bug, saffron, artichoke and caviar or braised oxtail, smoked potato with Chanterelles and parsley to start. For the main course, a choice of pan-fried Mulloway, clams with fennel cream and confit leeks or beef with a combination of roast pumpkin, garlic, royal blue and horseradish. For dessert, Dave Whitting presents his “Flavours of Milk and Honey” to share, followed by a selection of cheeses served with lavosh and quince paste. This includes barista Coffee and tea to finish.
