Trippas White Group has been awarded the tender for the delivery and management of food and beverage services at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney and Domain.

The extensive two-stage tender process saw the Royal Botanic Garden & Domain seek partners to redevelop, reimagine and reposition each of its landmark premises located in the Garden and Domain, to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.

Joseph Murray, Trippas White Group Managing Director said: “The Royal Botanic Garden Sydney & Domain is one of Australia’s great treasures, and it is an honour for Trippas White Group to continue our collaborative and successful partnership with them.

“We look forward to unveiling our exciting plans in the coming months. The vision for the future is an all-encompassing blueprint that will take visitors to the Gardens and the Domain on an inspiring and engaging journey of discovery – creating a world-class dining destination and event experience that captures the true spirit of this great international city.”

The contract covers the retail and events operations of the following venues:

  • Botanic Gardens Restaurant & Botanic Gardens Cafe
  • Pavilion Restaurant & Kiosk
  • The Calyx and Calyx Café

Trippas White Group has been operating Botanic Gardens Restaurant & Café since 2000, Pavilion Restaurant & Kiosk since 2007 and The Calyx since 2016.

A spokesperson for the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney said: “We are looking forward to the journey ahead and working closely with the Trippas White Group as a partner in delivering exciting new concepts and services at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney and Domain.”
