The Westin Melbourne’s newest chef, Ben O’Donoghue
ready to take the reigns at Allegro Restaurant in November
For four days, beginning November 18, O’Donoghue will showcase his unique cooking style and demonstrate the classic elements of Australian cuisine. Allegro’s open kitchen will provide a window into the world of the successful chef and offer an insight into the creation of every dish.
On Saturday (21 November) a five course dinner will be held in Allegro’s Wine Room, where guests will enjoy a collaboration of exotic flavours and a home style distinctively O’Donoghue’s, accompanied by Voyager wines from Western Australia. At the conclusion of the evening, all in attendance will receive a signed copy of O’Donoghue’s latest book ‘Ben’s Barbecue.’
Tickets cost $250 per person and all profits raised will be donated to the Starlight Children’s Foundation to assist their work with seriously ill children.
Allegro Restaurant serves dinner between 6.00 – 10.30pm daily. Bookings are essential. For reservations call Allegro direct on +61 3 9635 2200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
