Teambuilding and incentive company Adventure for Life has launched an ‘Incentives for Cyclists’ program, offering unique bike-related products and services for top employees, VIPs, or clients.

Founder Iain Lygo says that cycling is the new golf and believes there’s a place for cycling products and services in corporate rewards and incentives programs.

Products on offer include custom-made titanium mountain and road bikes, accessory packs, and riding kits. Services include cycling tours, race entries, and even bike tuning by a Tour de France mechanic.

Lydo said, “Instead of rewarding staff with a gift voucher, we target cyclist’s passion with products and services they really want. This builds loyalty, drives performance, promotes a healthy workplace, and has a much bigger impact than generic gifts.

“Our accessory packs will get used every time a rider gets on their bike, and the big ticket items such as tours are once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We certainly don’t want to provide rewards that are everyday items, used once, and forgotten quickly.

“If you really want to thank a VIP who is a cyclist, set them up with a custom made titanium bike, get a coach to provide a professional training program, and join us in Colorado, France or Tibet for a 5 star bike tour. The sky really is the limit,” said Lygo.

Adventure for Life, through their sister company Peloton Tours also organises company ride weekends and pre and post conference rides.
