Sydney Airport T1 International Terminal Marketplace Precinct

Sydney Airport announces request for proposal (RFP) for premium food and dining Marketplace in T1.

As part of the current improvements program at T1, Sydney Airport invites responses to its request for proposal (RFP) for up to seven new food and beverage brands to launch the new Marketplace in Pier B Departures beyond customs, enhancing value and choice for passengers.

The new RFP seeks to uncover a selection of gourmet urban, fast and fresh foods as well as a cluster of premium Asian street food brands across a selection of cuisines including Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese.

The newly developed food and dining precinct, located closer to boarding gates with enhanced casual seating, will offer a contemporary street food feel showcased against a backdrop of commanding views of the city and airfield at Sydney Airport’s T1.

The Marketplace forms part of Sydney Airport’s T1 improvement program that responds to airline and passenger feedback by launching distinct precinct destinations across fashion, food and dining with enhanced ambience and direct sightlines to the boarding gate lounges.
