Organised by IMG Events, Taste of Sydney Collective, presented by Electrolux, is an evolution of the ‘Taste of’ festivals that are held across the world.

With four days of exciting one-off dishes and surprising live experiences, visitors will enjoy an unparalleled culinary adventure that will make them rethink the regular food festival.

Visitors can expect one-off dishes and surprising live experiences.

Hannah Pike, managing director of culinary APAC at IMG Events, says the new concept will push boundaries within the food and event space.

“Our extensive experience of running Taste Festivals in Sydney and around the world has shown us that food lovers are craving unique, dynamic and relevant experiences with discovery at the heart,” she says.

“Taste of Sydney Collective will push these boundaries with innovative first-time collaborations and bespoke new themes that fuse food, culture and music.”

Award-winning Sydney chef Mark Best has hand-picked this year’s chef line-up, which include international names such as Skye Gyngell of Spring (London), Louis Tikaram of E.P. & L.P (Los Angeles) and David Thompson of Long Chim (Sydney) previously of Nahm (Bangkok).

The line-up also includes interstate chefs such as Duncan Welgemod (Africola, Adelaide), Matt Stone of (Oakridge Wines, Victoria) and Victor Liong (Lee Ho Fook, Melbourne), as well as local Sydney favourites  Joel Bickford (Aria), Joachim Borenius (Mjolner), Cory Campbell (Bea), and Mitch Orr (ACME).
