Sydney’s Tim Olsen Gallery was the venue of choice for the Kenwood Cooking Chef Launch Eventheld last Wednesday (15 Sept) to a host of media and high profile foodies including Damien Pignolet  of Bistro Moncur, John Wilson of John and Peter catering and  Matt Bates of Cafe Sydney.

 
The Tim Olsen Gallery showcased the exclusive Australian launch of the Kenwood Cooking Chef

An evening of cocktails and canapés from super-caterers John and Peter was enjoyed by guests in the stylish space, which featured a visual installation highlighting the history of the iconic brand.


Guests were treated to canapes by caterers John and Peter while experiencing cooking demonstrations and entertainment

A host of top chefs and food identities were amongst the first to experience the ultimate kitchen multi-tasker, with a special cooking demonstration from renowned chef and entertainer John Wilson. Canapés for the event were inspired by the Kenwood Cooking Chef with Choux Pastry Gougeres filled with Porcini Mushroom and Thyme Mornay, Beef Bourguignon with Creamed Desireee Mash and Sfogliatina with Cime di Rappa and Fontina.
