Los Pollos Hermanos, the take out chain which is famously featured in award winning television series Breaking Bad, is making its way to Sydney in the form of a pop-up eatery on 11 and 12 April.
Launched by online streaming service Stan in celebration of the third season of Better Call Saul (the spin-off of Breaking Bad), the themed pop up event will see The Thirsty Bird in Potts Point transformed into the fictional fast food outlet and serve up fried chicken and curly fries between 11:30am-3pm for lunch and between 5pm-8:30pm for dinner.
Actor Giancarlo Esposito who plays Gus Fring on the show – the owner and operator of Los Pollos Hermanos – will also be there to officially open the pop-up event.
The pop-up has already made appearances in Los Angeles, Austin and New York.
The Thirsty Bird is located at Shop 3, 2-14 Bayswater Road, Potts Point.
