Veriu Group has announced Sydney’s Hills district as the location for its first Punthill branded property in New South Wales, following the Group’s recent takeover of the existing Adina property.

Opening late August 2022, Punthill Norwest features 106 apartments, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, and will undergo a multi-million refurbishment to be completed by the end of 2023.

Onsite facilities include swimming pool, gym and guest laundry, as well as a conference room with natural light and 80 square metres of space for up to 60 delegates.

The property is about a 45-minute drive from Sydney Airport and is conveniently located close to Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, and Kellyville.
